This is our way of celebrating the people who believed in the brand from the beginning. Once the first 200 preorders are placed, Founder Credits are gone.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

We want you to love your jeans. If they're not the right fit, we offer free returns and free exchanges on eligible orders. For preorders, your return window begins on the date your order is received, not the date of purchase.

Returns and exchanges must meet the requirements outlined in our Returns Policy. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@atallbox.com. For preorders, you can cancel any time before your order ships and we're happy to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or modify it, but our return and exchange policy applies once you receive it.

We currently offer three fits designed specifically for tall women:

Our jeans are sized by waist measurement rather than traditional women's sizing. If you're unsure where to start, visit our Size Guide to find your recommended size based on your measurements.

The difference is simply the finished inseam length of the jeans. Our 35" inseam measures 35 inches, and our 37" inseam measures 37 inches.

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down. Our premium stretch denim is designed to comfortably mold to your body while maintaining its shape over time.

Women's sizing varies significantly between brands, making it difficult to know what size to order. Waist sizing provides a more consistent starting point and allows us to deliver a more accurate fit across all three of our fit options, so you can order with confidence.

Our jeans are crafted from premium 13 oz high-cotton stretch denim, offering the structure and substantial feel of authentic denim with high-stretch comfort.

Our jeans are designed and fit tested in the United States, then manufactured in Pakistan by a trusted denim production partner with decades of experience crafting premium jeans.

We chose our manufacturing partner for their expertise, quality standards, and commitment to helping us bring our vision for tall women to life.

To help preserve the fit, color, and longevity of your denim, we recommend:

• Wash inside out in cold water.
  
• Wash separately.
  
• Use a gentle cycle.
  
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
• Cool iron on reverse side if needed
• Do not dry clean
  

Due to our wash process and the nature of indigo dyes, color may transfer onto light surfaces and other garments. We recommend washing separately for the first several washes

Our premium 13 oz stretch denim is designed to mold comfortably to your body while maintaining its shape. You may notice a slight relaxation with wear, but your jeans should retain their fit and recover after washing.
